Building Site Evaluation
We evaluate your building site to understand its unique characteristics, such as topography, orientation, and site-specific considerations.

Final Selections
Our on-staff Interior Designer works with you to select the right interior and exterior products and finishes to complement your individual style and budget.

Site Preparation & Permitting
Once the home design is finalized, we handle all aspects of site preparation, including clearing and grading in addition to handling the permitting process.

Construction Management
We coordinate all aspects of the build, including scheduling subcontractors and overseeing quality control inspections, with progress reporting through our HomeLife™ homeowner portal.

Home Certification
Every Design Tech home is built under the Energy Star® and SureBuilt™ Certified Home program, utilizing third-party inspections at critical construction stages.

Final Walkthrough
We conduct a walkthrough of your new home, highlighting its features and systems and providing guidance on home maintenance.
